Both are free tools that can provide you with a recording of just you or you and your screen. Screencastify comes as a Google Chrome extension, and is a five minute video. It will automatically save your recordings in your Google drive, or you can upload them to YouTube.
Screencast-O-Matic can record up to 15 minutes, and can use YouTube as a platform for you to upload your videos.
